Deputies of the Legislative Assembly supported 23 federal bills during the extraordinary session

Kuban parliamentarians supported 23 federal bills within the framework of the extraordinary session. The plenary session was held on Thursday, May 4, by remote voting.

Thus, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly gave positive feedback to the bills relating to changes in the Labor, Urban Planning, Land, Family, Forest Codes, the Code of Administrative Offenses. We supported the policies of amending the laws on folk arts and crafts, on the special assessment of labor, on the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, on prohibited substances, on the responsible treatment of animals, on self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment, on education, on bioresource centers and biocollections, on the basics of the neglect prevention system and delinquency of children, on the basics of tourism, on fishing and the conservation of aquatic biological resources, on the commissioners for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs.

For example, parliamentarians of the region supported the establishment in the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation of the responsibility of officials and legal entities for the illegal use of foreign messengers. Amendments to Articles 92 and 108 of the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” also received positive feedback regarding the recognition of documents on professional education, documents on the presence of a theological degree and (or) title issued before September 1, 2013, as well as establishing the features of state accreditation of educational activities spiritual educational institutions. In addition, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly approved the proposed amendments to the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation”, concerning the assignment of tour operators and travel agents with the obligation to inform tourists about the possibility of voluntary insurance.

The Chairman of the KYC summarized that a large package of federal laws received a positive assessment. They concern the central sectors of the economy and the social sphere. The approved documents are aimed at improving various aspects of the life of Russians, giving additional impetus to the development of a number of sectors of the domestic economy. Some of them are of great interest for the region. For example, 3 regional parliamentarians took part in the development of the draft law “On the basics of tourism activities in the Russian Federation”.
