Croatian Leonardo Decaprio convicted of fraud in the sale of a Golf 1.9 TDI

30-year-old Croatian Leonardo Decaprio was recently found guilty of falsifying documents in the sale of a car. According to the portal Danica, in August of this year, in the vicinity of Zagreb, on behalf of his deceased father, he concluded a contract for the sale of a Golf 1.9 TDI, for which he received 1,700 euros. The court sentenced him to half a year of probation with a probationary period of two years. The fact that he had not been punished in the past and that he supports 6 children was considered a mitigating circumstance. The judgment is not yet final, so Leonardo, who was previously appointed Elvishe can still appeal it.

Slovenians were cheated years ago by Mišel Fajfar

In November 2014, proceedings were held before the Ljubljana District Court against the then 23-year-old Mišel Fajfarja, accused of fraud. After careful consideration, the young man pleaded guilty, for which he was sentenced to 5 months in prison based on an agreement with the prosecution. Pfajfar found himself in the wheel of justice because in September 2013 Borisu in It’s tender sold mobile phones online, for which he received a couple of hundred euros in total, and he sent them stones. In March 2015, Pfajfar was sentenced to 6 years in prison at the Maribor District Court, because he posed as various sexy girls on Facebook and convinced young boys to send him their naked photos.
