Who meets the criteria?

In order to qualify for the loan, very small, small and medium-sized enterprises must have previous experience in the activity being financed and be owned by private legal and natural persons with more than 50% of the capital. Also, MSMEs must meet one of two criteria:
- MSMEs that had a decline in gross sales/income of at least 20% in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the second quarter of 2019 or a decrease in gross sales/income in the current fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal year or
- MSMEs owned by women, young companies (up to 5 years since establishment), and companies from less developed regions in BiH that have difficult access to financing.
