There is no day when information that people affiliated with the secret services are promoted in the government apparatus does not appear in the public space. The functions of those involved in these real scandals, alleged or proven agents, are among the most diverse, the positions being, it is understood, according to the military hierarchies. The possibility for the secret services to dance over Romania, in such a somewhat unprecedented operation, mainly to the guilt of the president of the state whose role is precisely to ensure the rule of law and to supervise the legality of public institutions, and not the other way around. Isn’t Klaus Iohannis really ashamed to talk about “my Romanians”, “dear Romanians” or “democratic state”?
The first executive institution of the Romanian state, the Government, has an operating law that excludes any interference or manipulation. The infestation of the Government with the lists of services endangers all public policies, in any field. The fact that the services are visibly composed of a conglomeration of civil economic interests, a situation contrary to any aspect of the law, imposes a new law of functioning, organization and competence. The recorded slippage was possible through hidden, special flaws of the legislation so far.
The former, still unreformed and criminal Securitate was the inspiration of the secret services, but based on the Constitution after 1991, it saw its attributions totally reduced. So, concretely, the freedom of association of individuals and legal entities, the right to strike, the freedom to set up publications and free expression, limited abuses, but the services took care to violate the constitutional provisions, infiltrating the will of the “supreme boss”. The fact that a political party can be set up as a simple association supports democracy and the dismantling of monopolies, no matter who they are.
In such conditions that can only be canceled by the take-off of the dictatorship in Romania, it is found that, in public practice, we are witnessing a scam of the public budget by structures infiltrated everywhere and in a horrible crescendo. In a democratic state with a minimally functional Justice, such a situation would send behind bars all those who are guilty of infiltrating the undermining of public institutions, starting with the Government of Romania, the Judiciary, and the other institutions.
Of course, this situation was reached as a result of Romania’s betrayal in the so-called collaboration with the institutions and governments of the strategic partners, in reality it was only about acquittal to economic crime groups multiplied at the Romanian state level under official labels.
The agents of the secret services, through this bundle of illegality, disguised as national interest (in fact a real attack on the socio-economic security of Romania) are within the meaning of the Constitution, European and international treaties to which Romania is a party, the law of political parties, the law on the establishment and legality of the Government, present the perpetrators of a real coup.
CSAT, under the rag of President Klaus Iohannis, taken over from Traian Basescu, identified by CNSAS with code name Petrov, should be dismissed by Romanian citizens and in terms of being a puppet of services and not a vector of institutional equidistance provided by fundamental law.
I don’t know if the culprits need to be sought far away, because there is an area of legal responsibility. Guilty of the current situation is strictly President Klaus Iohannis who applies the mentalities of the former Securitate by confusing the current state with the criminal communist one and doing everything possible to infiltrate the structures in taking absolute power through the political gangs thus created. It is no coincidence that most of those who form these groups are the descendants of former foundries or security officers.
Given the undermining of the state by the secret services, it is more than necessary, urgently, to promote a new law on the functioning of the secret services and political parties, imperatively related to the Constitution and the exclusion of related antitrust monopolies, definitely out of public life.
Such a bill should, immediately, be promoted mainly by Klaus Iohannis, even if he is a fan of the services. He can do it even directly in this capacity that has been assigned to him.
