Complaining about prohibited information on the Internet is now possible through the Roskomnadzor application

The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media announced the start of beta testing of a mobile application for the accelerated filing of citizens’ complaints about prohibited information. This application, according to the department, is designed to improve the efficiency of protecting Internet users from socially dangerous content.

Roskomnadzor notes that the purpose of its application is to increase the efficiency of removing prohibited information from the Network. In addition to filing a complaint about malicious content, the service allows you to track the stages of its consideration, check whether access to Internet resources is limited, including reducing the risks of blocking for non-deletion of materials.

Access to the service is carried out through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (State Services Portal) and does not require additional registration.

The beta version of the application can already be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
