“One of the major players in the telecom market” has invested 30 million rubles in cloud solutions for restaurants Restik. A representative of the company told RB.RU about this.

Restik does not disclose the name of the investor and the assessment that the company received at the end of the round. As of the end of 2022, Restik’s valuation was 300 million rubles.

“The compliance of the proposed solution with the expectations of entrepreneurs allowed us to grow 3 times in 2022 compared to 2021, and thanks to the attracted investments, we plan to repeat this result this year,” said Oleg Suzhaev, co-founder and CEO of Restik.

The Restik system offers the restaurant business several digital products, including workflow automation, an electronic QR menu, and the ability to organize a delivery site.

In 2020, restaurateur Alexander Sysoev invested in Restik, receiving 0.5% in the company. In 2021, Qiwi co-founder Sergey Solonin invested in the service in exchange for a 5% share, in 2022 he invested again and brought his share to 14.5%. Viktor Khristenko, CEO of SberZvuk Business, also invested in Restik – his share is 1%.
