Chuadanga gave birth to 5 children at once, none survived

A housewife named Salema Khatun (27) gave birth to five children together after 10 years of marriage in Chuadanga Damurhuda. But none of the five newborns survived.

She gave birth to five children through normal delivery at Apollo Clinic and Diagnostic Center, a private health care center of the upazila, on Thursday evening.

Meanwhile, five children died at the same time shortly after delivery. But mother Salema Khatun is healthy. She is the wife of Jhantu Mia of Kanaidanga village of Karpasdanga union of the upazila.

The managing director of the clinic confirmed the matter. Mamun and Rashid said, before evening, the pregnant woman with her husband came to the clinic in the afternoon with stomach pain. After entering the clinic, she first gave birth to a child. The remaining four children were delivered with the help of the doctor on duty. Within a short time, five newborns died.

Salema Khatun’s husband Jhantu Mia said, if his wife has stomach ache in the afternoon, he brings her to the clinic. After that she gave birth to five children one by one. In no time, all five children responded to God’s call. I saw the child’s face after 10 years of marriage. But no one survived. Currently my wife is healthy.

Masuma Ferdous, the doctor on duty, said that the children are 4 and a half months old. She gave birth mainly due to uterine problems. One girl, two boys and the remaining two could not be identified as they were paired together. Salema Khatun is under treatment and healthy.
