The inspiration for the Signature Collection Bearnese burger comes straight from France, with a unique sauce, the bearnaise, which inspires its name. This mild sauce is a French made from butter, yolks and spices. In addition, the spices of that sauce have been substituted for those used to make chimichurri.

This special sauce combines perfectly with the rest of the ingredients: 100% Spanish beef, lettuce, cheese, bacon and mushroom of the Paris variety.
