The inspiration for the Signature Collection Bearnese burger comes straight from France, with a unique sauce, the bearnaise, which inspires its name. This special sauce combines perfectly with the rest of the ingredients: 100% Spanish beef, lettuce, cheese, bacon and mushroom of the Paris variety.
