From today, however, we will follow the teams’ struggles in a completely new season: 32 teams, 8 groups, of which two teams will directly go to the 1/8 finals. In the group phase, teams will compete from September to December.
Champions League 2023/2024 – teams. Where do Poles play?
Five teams from Spain will take part in this year’s UEFA Champions League 2023/2025 season: FC Barcelona with Robert Lewandowski, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Atletico Madrid and the winner of the Europa League, Sevilla FC.
In turn, the English league will be represented by the defending champion, Manchester City, and Manchester United, Arsenal London (with Jakub Kiwior) and Newcastle United, which returns to the best teams in Europe after a long period of absence. Four teams come from the Italian Serie A, including the Italian champion – SSC Napoli (with Piotr Zieliński), as well as Lazio Roma, Inter Milan and AC Milan.
The German Bundesliga is represented by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Union Berlin. Portugal is represented by FC Porto, Benfica Lisbon and SC Braga. France is represented by Paris Saint-Germain and RC Lens (with Przemysław Frankowski).


The Dutch league is represented by PSV Eindhoven and Feyenoord Rotterdam. Ukraine is represented by Shakhtar Donetsk, Austria – Red Bull Salzburg (with Kamil Piątkowski), Switzerland – Young Boys Bern (with Łukasz Łakomy), Belgium – Royal Antwerp, Serbia – Red Bull Belgrade, Scotland – Celtic Glasgow, Turkey – Galatasaray Istanbul, and Denmark – FC Copenhagen (with Kamil Grabara).
