Number of persons : 60 cl environ
List of ingredients
- 600 g of carrots approximately
- 2 Greek yogurts
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- salt pepper
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Break : 2 hours
Recipe
Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Steam them for 20 minutes.
Let them cool.
Wash and chop the parsley
When the carrots are cooled, add the yoghurts then mix everything with an immersion blender.
Then add the parsley, cumin and oil and mix again.
Salt, pepper and mix.
Refrigerate for several hours.
