12/02/2021 – The process of technological updating of the Revenue Agency seems unstoppable: after the implementation of the Integrated Territory System (SIT), today it is the turn of the cadastral transfers.

The procedure for applications for cadastral transfers relating to properties belonging to the territorial jurisdiction of the Provincial Offices – Territory already adapted to the new GIS by the members of qualified professional categories has changed: in fact, the new IT procedure ‘Voltura 2.0 – Telematics’ and, consequently, the instructions on the use of the new models and the technical specifications for the IT preparation of transfer applications are updated and adapted to the new GIS.

The new methods for preparing and submitting, through the electronic channel, applications for cadastral transfers are arranged by Provision of 10 February 2021 the director of the Revenue Agency, and the relative technical annex.

The new software ‘Voltura 2.0 – Telematica’, available in the ‘Desk of the Territory’ IT environment, simplifies the reporting and updating of data, thanks to controlled access and consistent use of the information contained in the Agency’s databases , and is reserved for members of professional categories enabled to electronically submit cadastral updating deeds.

The platform, in particular, uses interactive services that allow querying, in real time, the information present in the cadastral and mortgage databases, and also in the Tax Register, useful for the preparation of the update document, the control of the data entered during the compilation phase and its electronic transmission. The objective is to promote compliance, favoring the correct updating of cadastral databases, through the inclusion of reliable, consistent and verified information.

‘Voltura 2.0 – Telematics’ will be available at the same time as the progressive release, at each Provincial Office – Territory of the Agency, of the new IT platform SIT (Integrated Territory System), born from the evolution of the cadastral information system towards a georeferenced model which, through the integration of census, graphic and cartographic data, allows the precise location of each property on the territory, together with the data that refine the description and identify the related tax value.

In detail, a new software platform is activated, which works in client-server mode, called ‘Desk of the Territory’, with the aim of hosting, as a whole, all the applications relating to the ‘Territory’ area, progressively introduced. The new IT environment, in particular, allows the assisted preparation and electronic transmission to the Revenue Agency of the deeds of updating the cadastre, including, among others, the new IT procedure ‘Voltura 2.0 – Telematica’.

In section dedicated to updating cadastral data / cadastral transfer the Agency’s website contains all the information on the new platform, the instructions necessary for the installation and use of the new software for the compilation and telematic transmission of transfer applications, as well as the updated list of the Offices for which the new SIT IT platform was released.
