BTN Prepares eTPPAD Service for Army Soldiers

There are various features that TNI AD soldiers can enjoy through this new application. Among them, the eKPR feature that makes it easy for every Indonesian Army soldier to apply for a TNI mortgage, from looking for property, simulating credit, to applying for credit online. eTPPAD also has an eTPP feature that will make it easier for every Army soldier to see the mandatory Army Housing Compulsory Savings (TWP AD) contribution. The military or Civil Servants (PNS) of the TNI AD can also monitor savings online and in real time through the eTPP feature. Product features and locations on eTPPAD also allow Indonesian Army soldiers to explore various Bank BTN products and the nearest office network.

“We ensure that with this application, the management of the TNI AD personal housing savings will be more monitored and transparent,” said Nixon.

Meanwhile, in line with the commitment to support the fulfillment of housing for Indonesian Army soldiers, Bank BTN stated that it is ready to finance up to 10,000 units of housing for soldiers every year. Two schemes are prepared by the company to achieve the target, namely, first, Bank BTN offers the TWP AD KPR program which has cheaper installments over long terms and low interest rates. KPR TWP AD provides an interest rate of 5.25%, a term of up to 30 years, and a down payment from 0%. For this mortgage program, bank BTN allocates the realization of distribution ranging from 1,500-3,000 units per year.

Second, KPR Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) with 5% interest rate, 1% down payment, and Rp4 million down payment assistance. For this mortgage scheme, BTN allocates the realization of distribution ranging from 7,000-8,500 units per year.
