BRI Holds Virtual Property Exhibition, Target Transaction of IDR 1 Trillion – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or Bank BRI is holding a virtual property exhibition, namely KPR BRI Virtual Expo 2021.

This exhibition is held for 2 months, starting from January 26 to March 26, 2021 with a target of 3 million visitors.

Deputy Director of BRI, Catur Budi Harto, said that this activity was the first virtual property expo event.

“Not only property, there are entertainment seminars and promos. A total of 144 developers and more than 13,000 properties are provided. This is the longest event duration with a wide coverage,” said Catur in a virtual press conference, Tuesday (26/1/2021).

At the same time, BRI Consumer Director Handayani said that currently BRI has been serving housing loans through 467 BRI Branch Offices throughout Indonesia.

Throughout 2020, BRI recorded an increase in KPR disbursement of 10.9 percent year on year (yoy). The increase in KPR BRI disbursements was much higher than the industry average.

The KPR service process at BRI can now be done faster via digital and through the BRISPOT application, including for opening digital accounts.

Through the BRISPOT application, consumers can submit mortgage loan applications online anytime, anywhere, without having to visit BRI work units. Consumers can also monitor the progress of the mortgage application directly.
