Of course, the 60 million stars in the Breakthrough Listen survey are also estimates and do not mean that time is always set aside for one particular star and its system. Only the direction of listening was chosen and we waited for the signal, but not with the fact that we could expect a captured normal broadcast that is too weak at such a distance. Rather, it was hoped that any strong radio beacons or perhaps another very strong source of radio waves in frequencies between 0.7 and 93 GHz would be captured. However, the preliminary report only covers frequencies between 1 and 8 GHz.

It is no wonder that the project Breakthrough Listen did not find any artificial source of radio waves and as a monster there are no civilizations in the chosen direction, which thought to create an extremely strong beacon transmitting on a certain frequency and trumpeting their presence throughout the galaxy. However, signs of magnetars have been captured, which other astronomers studying this type of neutron star will certainly be interested in.
