“Belém do Pará was the city chosen by the UN to host the COP30, in 2025. It will be an honor for Brazil to receive representatives from the whole world in a state of our Amazon”, wrote Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, on the social network Twitter, saying he is sure that the government is prepared “to promote the best COP in history”.
