Directorate for construction land and construction of Belgrade she announced tender for technical control of geodetic bases for the needs of making PGR of the construction area of the City of Belgrade (units 1-19). The mentioned unit covers the area of the entire municipalities of Stari Grad, Vracar, Savski Venac, New Belgrade, Cukarica, Rakovica and parts of the municipalities of Zemun, Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Surcin and Grocka, with a total area of 51,776 hectares.

As explained in the tender documentation, for the purposes of amending the General Regulation Plan of the City of Belgrade, units I-XIX, Directorate for construction land and construction of Belgrade launched a project for the development of digital cadastral and topographic plans (DKTP) for the entire territory of the PGR of Belgrade, with the aim to successively provide quality and up-to-date digital cadastral-topographic plans in the scale of R = 1: 1000 in the next two years.
The subject of the tender is the procurement of technical control for professional supervision of the performed works of DKTP for parts of the territory of PGR Belgrade, and the goal is to provide an overview of all submitted digital cadastral-topographic plans in the scale of R = 1: 1000 in the next three years.
The deadline for submitting bids is May 18.
