Be careful Vietnam, the U-22 Indonesian National Team Already Knows How to Win

Suara.com – The coach of the U-22 Indonesian National Team, Indra Sjafri, admitted that he already knew how to win against Vietnam. Therefore, this should be a concern for Vietnam to be careful.

The U-22 Indonesian National Team will face Vietnam in the semifinal match of the 2023 SEA Games. The duel between the two teams will be presented at the Phnom Penh Olympic Stadium, Saturday (13/5/2023) evening WIB.

Indra Sjafri admits that he has learned how Vietnam plays during the group phase of the 2023 SEA Games. Therefore, Indra Sjafri is quite confident that Vietnam will not miss anything.

“What is certain is that in Vietnam there has been a coaching change from the old coach with coach Philippe Troussier. I think with four matches, God willing, we will follow all of Vietnam’s matches,” said Indra Sjafri in a press conference the day before the match.

The Indonesian national team has noted the strengths and weaknesses of the Vietnam national team.

“Hopefully what we have recapitulated about Vietnam’s strengths and weaknesses is correct,” explained the former Bali United coach.

Furthermore, Indra Sjafri said the best composition of the U-22 Indonesian National Team was known. This was after Garuda Muda underwent four matches in the group phase.

As is known, the Indonesian National Team ended Group A with a perfect record. The Red and White Team made a clean sweep of four wins against the Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia and Timor Leste.

“Thank God, in the last game yesterday (against Cambodia) all the players we brought have got game time,” he added.

“We have a conclusion that the players who will play tomorrow are fixed and hopefully they can become what is targeted, qualify for the final, God willing,” he concluded.
