The PSI-20 ended this Friday’s session lower, with a devaluation of 0.12%, to 5,417.41 points.
Of the 19 listed companies that make up the Portuguese benchmark index, 10 ended the day in the “red”, namely the “giants” BCP and the EDP group. The bank lost 1.58%, to 0.1429 euros per share, while the EDP family had distinct losses: EDP Renováveis fell 1.57%, to 21.36 euros, and EDP slipped 0.08%, to 4.742 euros.
However, the listed company that most led the day’s falls was Semapa, which lost 2.06% to 11.42 euros per share.
In the opposite direction, to prevent a further drop in the PSI-20, there were eight quoted ones that closed in positive territory. Among them, the “big” Jerónimo Martins and Galp, which advanced 0.05% and 1.68% to 19.35 and 8.596 euros, respectively. However, the listed company that gained the most was Greenvolt, which closed with an appreciation of 5.3%, to 6.36 euros.
Lisbon thus follows Europe, as the main European squares also closed in the “red”. For example, the European benchmark, Stoxx 600, saw a decline of 0.78%.
