Bangaoli Sweets – Navratra Special Dish

Method:
Add mawa, chena and powdered sugar and mash it well. Put the mawa on the kesarbaati and keep it in the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes. Divide the whipped cream into two equal parts. Add yellow color in one part and strawberry essence and pink color in the other part. Take out the Kesarbaati from the fridge and serve it cold by icing it with yellow, then pink colored cream.
