Persuaded by his wife Joan not to leave the comic industry and collaborating with Jack Kirby and all the other great artists of the Marvel Comics, Stan Lee forever changed the landscape of American pop culture with the birth of Fantastic Four and many other releases that marked the new era of American superheroes. To pay homage to such a fundamental year in the history of comics, Marvel Comics he therefore decided to collect over a dozen books released in 1961, including some never reprinted, thus creating the Marvel: All August 1961. Besides Fantastic Four #1, the collection will include Tales of Suspense #23, Tales to Astonish #25, Amazing Adventure #6 and many other volumes brought to readers by some of the most influential comic book creators of all time.
