Aston Martin has prepared a limited edition Vantage Roadster with a V12 engine.
The 1855 kg Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster model year 2023 is powered by a 5.2 liter V12 engine with 700 HP and 753 Nm, paired with a ZF 8-speed automatic and a mechanical LSD differential.
The factory claims that the acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour (96 m/h) is 3.5 seconds, and that this exclusive Roadster reaches a top speed of 322 km/h.
Among other things, the standard equipment includes adaptive shock absorbers, carbon fiber elements (front spoiler, sills, rear diffuser…), carbon-ceramic brakes, 21-inch wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (275/35 R21 front and 315 /30 R21 at the back), two-tone leather seats, sports steering wheel with flattened lower part…
“We’ve worked extremely hard to ensure the V12 Vantage Roadster possesses the same power and dynamics that characterize the V12 Vantage Coupe while surpassing it in terms of the raw sensory excitement you only get when driving with the roof down,” said Aston Martin Chief Technical Officer Orberto Fedeli. “With more power and torque than any Vantage Roadster before it, with precisely tuned suspension calibration, a wider wheel track and more downforce, this is a breathtaking machine.”
Aston Martin will only make 249 examples of this Roadster, but every single one has already been sold. Production will begin in the third quarter of 2022, and deliveries will begin by the end of the year.
