The army forces, backed by the resistance, had previously launched a military operation, during which they were able to liberate strategic heights and large areas from the eastern and western sides of the city of al-Bayda (the governorate capital).

It also succeeded in liberating and securing many important sites in the Al-Somaa district, and inflicted heavy losses on the Houthi militia.

As for the western axis of the Al-Zaher district, which launched yesterday morning a military operation from two axes, during which the army and resistance forces were able to completely liberate the isolation of Qorba, as well as many villages in the isolation of Al-Ghilama near the district of Dhi Naem.

Also, in the second axis, the legitimate forces managed to liberate large areas up to the heights overlooking the center of the Al-Zahir district, which is 15-20 km away from the city of Al-Bayda.

In addition, the vanguards of the army and the resistance reached the first areas of “Quwat al-Muzaffar”, which administratively belongs to the Al-Bayda District, adjacent to the provincial capital (Al-Bayda city).

And it was able to recover heavy, light and medium weapons, and quantities of various equipment and ammunition that the militias had accumulated in the liberated areas before they were defeated.
