At that time, the police arrested Nazrul Islam from the side of Jinnah Khar’s house of Sadulyapur Bangram Union. Later on his body was searched and a black active seven point six five (7.65) pistol (with Japan written on it in English), a magazine and 3 rounds of live ammunition were recovered. After interrogation, a case was registered against him under Arms Act at Sadulyapur Police Station. Earlier there are two drug cases against Nazrul Islam in Sadulyapur police station.
