Apply this mixture on the face and scrub it for 5 minutes by rotating the fingers in an upward direction. And then leave it on the face for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes wash the face thoroughly with cold water. Then pat your face dry with a soft and clean towel. You can use this scrub twice a week.
2. Body Scrub
To make a body scrub, mix an equal amount of coconut oil in freshly ground coffee and blend the two well. Now gently rub this body scrub on the back, legs and neck. If you use during the day then you can wash with cold water and at night use lukewarm water to clean the body scrub.
