APAN closes Better Marketing conference program – Meios & Publicidade

The annual conference program of the Portuguese Association of Advertisers (APAN) is closed. With the motto Better Marketing – Even by the way, the event is scheduled for the next 6th of June, at the Estoril Congress Centre.

Communication, sustainability, people, consumer experience, marketing effectiveness and the impact of attention on advertising viewing are the highlighted themes.

In addition to the already confirmed speakers – Steven Van Belleghem, Mark Ritson, Helena Gouveia and Andy Brown – Cesca Boughton da Futerra now joins the panel of speakers with the theme “Communicating for Positive Impact”.

Steve Van Belleghem will be one of the keynote speakers, with the theme “The diamond in the rough. The future of customer experience”, in which he will address new technologies, empathy, building a lasting relationship and social responsibility. Mark Ritson, columnist, consultant and professor of marketing, will once again be present at the conference with the theme “Marketing Effectiveness”.

During the conference, the exclusive APAN study “Habits and Behaviors of Media Consumption in the Digital Era”, by António Gomes, general manager at GFK Metris, will be presented. This will be the starting point for a panel with a set of CEOs: António Casanova (Unilever FIMA and Gallo Worldwide), Francisco Pedro Balsemão (Impresa), José Pedro Dias Pinheiro (GroupM Portugal) and Vera Pinto Pereira (EDP Comercial).
