The approximate area covered by the plan is about 2,112 ha, and the reason for the development is, as it is stated, the initiative of the company Vetroelektrana Banat-4 doo for the purpose of planning the infrastructure complex for the production of electricity from renewable sources in the area of the cadastral municipality of Banatsko Novo Selo on the territory of the Pancevo trade.

The existing purpose of the area on the site has an Atar structure, and apart from the facilities of the communal infrastructure network of Atar roads, there are no other public contents in this area.

As it is pointed out, the construction of a wind power plant for the production of electricity from renewable sources is planned. Depending on the wind potential, it is planned to build an infrastructure complex of wind power plants with an appropriate connecting medium voltage cable, telecommunication and other network, as well as a network of access roads.

According to preliminary analyzes, the construction of a maximum of 28 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of a maximum of 125 MW is planned in the planned area, which will be connected to the portable power system, all according to the conditions. JP Elektromreža Srbije.

The maximum height of the wind turbine wind turbine pillars, including the turbine blade in the upper position, will be a maximum of 250 m, and the maximum length of the propeller up to 80 m.

Taking into account the spatial coverage of the wind farm and the dominant wind direction (southeast-northwest), as well as all safety distances, several separate zones have been defined in which wind generators will be deployed.
