How to use ghee to treat migraine:
Melt the ghee and add 2-3 drops of hot ghee to the nostrils. You can do this twice a day to get rid of migraines or headaches.
Here are some other things you can do to get rid of migraines:
* Drink plenty of water. Dehydration is a major cause of headaches.
* Get 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Insomnia can exacerbate migraine problems.
* Exercise at least 30 to 40 minutes every day.
* Try to eat at the same time every day. Fluctuations during meals can exacerbate migraines.
