Luka first asked his brother, who allowed the suspect to use the toilet, why he was letting people from the street into the cafe’s toilet, and then at the table he told his friends “if I had an enemy, I would have stopped him”.

His friends also commented that the young man was suspicious to them for some reason.

The suspect entered the premises, dressed in work overalls, with a surgical mask on his face, a cap on his head and wearing dark gloves, and then he politely asked the witness V.Ž. who was in the bar, otherwise Luka Žižić’s brother, could he go to the toilet, which he allowed him to do.

The suspect stayed in the toilet for 30-60 seconds, after which he left the facility, but returned to it after less than 2 minutes and approached the table where Luka Ž was sitting. with friends, and fired at least 7 shots at him from a “Crvena Zastava” pistol, which he carried without a permit.

He caused injuries to his head, neck and torso, that is, to his chest and right upper leg.

He managed to escape from the scene. He was arrested on May 5 in a house in the Grdelica settlement in Kraljevo, which was provided by the second accused, Jovan U, who was deprived of his liberty on May 13 this year.
