New Nordic Ventures, according to Crunchbase, became the only participant in the Green Growth pre-seed round. The volume of investments amounted to $200 thousand – these are the first funds raised by the startup.
Green Growth develops yield control solutions. The company’s equipment is installed on agricultural machinery – it uses optical sensors to measure and analyze the harvested crop. Together with GPS data analysis, the system maps out which places crops grow well and which ones do not.
Green Growth was founded in 2021 in the USA by Alfiya Kayumova and Evgeny Savin. The startup is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to founding Green Growth, Kayumova worked at Moscow Exchange, PwC Russia and Cognitive Pilot.
