Poach the pears in white wine in the standard way until they are soft. Prepare a round cake mold, grease it and line it with greaseproof paper, which you have also greased and sprinkled with almond leaves. Then put the mold in the fridge.

In a small saucepan, put the butter, crumbled marzipan and milk to melt everything on a low temperature. In a separate bowl, mix flour, ground almonds, soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until you get a foamy mixture. Pour the butter and marzipan into the eggs in a thin stream, continuously beating with a mixer.

Then alternately pour the dry ingredients and yogurt into the mixture and mix to get a uniform dough. At the very end, stir in the liqueur.

Place the poached pears in the mold, so that they stand upright, then pour the prepared dough and bake in an oven heated to 170C for 50-60 minutes. Leave to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
