Suara.com – The firearms ownership case that ensnared Dito Mahendra is now dragging the name of his girlfriend, Nindy Ayunda. Allegedly hiding Dito, Nindy will be examined by Bareskrim Polri on Friday (26/5/2023).
“On Friday, we will summon Nindy as a witness (first summons) regarding hiding the suspect,” said Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Tuesday (23/5/2023).
Nindy Ayunda will be questioned in connection with cases of obstruction of justice or obstacles to investigations. His status is still as a witness.
Previously, Bareskrim Polri raised the status of the obstruction of justice case related to hiding Dito to the investigation stage. The increase in case status was carried out based on the results of the case title last Saturday (20/5/2023).

Based on the results of the case title, a criminal element was found as regulated in Article 221 of the Criminal Code.
“Regarding hiding the suspect as stated in Article 221 of the Criminal Code and since May 20 yesterday investigators have conducted an investigation and currently investigators are carrying out a case title, and agreed to elevate this case to investigation,” said Djuhandhani, Monday (22/5/2023).
Secure five helpers
Investigators Ditipidum Bareskrim Polri on Friday (18/5/2023) searched two of Dito Mahendra’s houses in Cipete and Cilandak, South Jakarta. During the search, officers found two airsoft guns and dozens of rounds of ammunition.
Apart from that, officers also secured five maids who worked in the two houses.

“Have secured five supporting witnesses Dito Mahendra or Nindy Ayunda at two TKP (crime scenes),” said Djuhandhani.
Djuhandhani said that an aide revealed that all this time Dito, who was being hunted by the police, lived in the same house as Nindy Ayunda.
“It’s true that Mahendra Dito Sampurno and Nindy Ayunda live together with Jalan Intan RSPP No. 8, West Cilandak, South Jakarta,” he said.
According to Djuhandhani Dito had returned to the house on April 21 2023 or the night of takbiran. That night, Dito used a white Toyota Innova.
But on the second day of Eid al-Fitr, Dito left home again. Not alone, he went with someone named Arif Aulia using the same car.
Then on May 1, 2023, Dito returned home. However, only a day later, the person concerned returned to use a white Toyota Inova.
