All New Brio Series ‘Star’ Honda Booth at GIIAS 2021

DAPURPACU – The New Honda Brio contributed greatly to the acquisition of vehicle order numbers (SPK) during GIIAS 2021. The high visitor response in this model is believed to be the trigger.

During the 11 days of the exhibition, the New Brio series won orders of 461 units or 31% of Honda’s total sales at GIIAS 2021 which reached 1,511 units.

Business Innovation and Sales & Marketing Director of PT Honda Prospect Motor, Yusak Billy admitted that this achievement was supported by the PPnBM DTP incentive and the novelty of the model.

“The biggest contribution to sales at GIIAS this time came from the models that received the incentives and several models that had just been launched,” explained Billy, in his official broadcast, Wednesday (24/11).

Of that amount, Brio Satya contributed 245 units and Brio RS 216 units. In addition, the City Hatchback RS and All New BR-V also contributed greatly to Honda’s sales.

According to Billy, Honda’s achievement at GIIAS 2021 is quite satisfying even though the exhibition is still being held during the pandemic. The popularity of the Honda Brio as the best-selling car continues at this exhibition.

“This achievement is also supported by the PPnBM DTP program from the government which is very effective in attracting consumers to buy cars,” he concluded.

For information, Honda’s newest product, the All New Honda BR-V, has not applied the relaxation of PPnBM DTP at the prices announced at the last GIIAS.

According to the delivery plan in January next year, the price includes emission tax which will apply later. The price can be adjusted if there is a change in tax regulations in early 2022. [dp/MTH]
