In it, the 20-year-old talent defeated compatriot Albert Ramos 6:4, 6:1, and on May 22 he will replace Novak Djokovic from Serbia on the tennis throne.
From the position of world number one, he will also go to the Grand Slam Roland Garros. The Paris clay will be played from May 28 and Alcaraz wants to follow compatriot Rafael Nadal, who won a record 14 titles at the tournament in the past.
