Based on art.65 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of 1969 reported to art.64 paragraph 1 letter a thesis II and letter b of the Criminal Code of 1969, prohibits the defendant Mititelu Adrian Marin, as a complementary punishment, exercising the rights to be elected in public authorities or in public elective positions and to hold a position involving the exercise of state authority, for a period of 4 years, after the execution or consideration as executed of the main punishment.
