Former actor Vladimir Syngaevsky, who put together a gang to steal money from the accounts of deceased people, pleaded guilty to crimes on five episodes.

According to the source, Syngaevsky “fully pleaded guilty to five episodes of fraud on an especially large scale” and concluded a pre-trial agreement on cooperation with the investigation at the stage of the preliminary investigation of the case.
The Butyrsky court of Moscow added to the agency that the case against Syngaevsky was registered, but has not yet been distributed by the judge.
Clarifying: the court received the prosecutor’s submission on a special procedure for making a court decision, which is elected when the defendants plead guilty. Under this procedure, the accused is prescribed a sentence not exceeding two thirds of the maximum.
Recall: organized crime group Syngaevskogo was neutralized at the beginning of this year. Its members deducted money from the bank accounts of the deceased using counterfeit SIM cards, and also appropriated their real estate. In particular, two apartments on Argunovskaya and Polyarnaya streets.
In total, the amount stolen by the gang exceeded nineteen million rubles.
It was pointed out that the leader of the group at the time of detention blocked the front door of the apartment and tried to destroy the evidence.
Vladimir Syngaevsky was born on April 23, 1957. In 1981, he graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture, faculty of “Theories and Methods of Martial Arts and Weightlifting.”
