In the Tuesday morning program of Äripää radio, we talk about car manufacturing, tourism, advertising and energy storage.
China has become the world’s largest exporter of cars. In the first quarter, China exported more than one million cars, beating Japan for the number one spot. When will Chinese cars start arriving in Estonia and how would Estonian consumers receive them? We discuss the topic in the morning program with AMTEL CEO Meelis Telliskivi.
Iglucraft, which sold an igloo sauna to David Beckham, is developing tourism by Lake Võrtsjärvi. Priit Kallas, the head of the company, will talk about what opportunities this area of Estonia’s second largest lake offers.
The Tabasco advertising agency won the title of advertising agency of the year at the recent Golden Egg competition for the third year in a row. At the same time, Tabasco is rather a small agency in Estonian terms. How to achieve such high creative quality with a small team? We discuss the matter with Tabasco managers Indrek Viiderfeld and Karl Multer.
Danel Türk, ABB’s global manager, talks about energy storage options and electric cars.
In the studio is host Hando Sinisalu and news editor Romet Toomas Tiitsaar.
The radio day continues with the following programs:
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. “Investor Toomas class”. Will the real estate market explode, as Peep Sooman predicts, or will there be more optimistic notes in the current situation? In the show, we talk about whether the increasingly expensive money and the higher taxes that are ahead will allow investors to pass on the rent.
We will also discuss that if the rising euribor makes the cash flow of the rental project negative, at what point is it reasonable to suffer the “pain” and when is it wiser to put the property up for sale. We also talk about which loan schedule is reasonable to choose when purchasing real estate in the context of rising Euribor. Real estate investor and educator Tõnu Toompark is visiting.
The show is hosted by Indrek Mäe from the stock exchange editor of Äripäiv.
12.00-13.00 “Names on the sales board”. The show features the “heavy artillery” of Dominate Sales – Silver Rooger and Andres Kiviselg to share fresh experiences and ideas from sales situations.
The show focuses on big deals and the following topics: How to take your client meeting preparation to the next level? What should you pay special attention to and how can you introduce new habits?
Also, practical techniques and tricks are given on the questions of how to turn a marketing text into a sales text that really speaks to the customer and makes him truly appreciate the value of the product, and why should you calculate your sales arguments in money and how to do it in practice?
13.00–14.00 “Marketing news is on the air”. In the show, we discuss the creative ideas and strategies behind the prize-winning works at the Golden Egg 2023 creative competition. In addition, we find out from the winners how award-worthy ideas are born.
There are two inspiring guests in the studio – Madis Taras, founder and creative director of the Taifuun agency, and Nils Kajander, creative director and managing director of the branding and experience design agency Bond. Typhoon won the Golden Egg 2023 in the creative competition great price‘ with his work “La Muu – saving bulb”, which was evaluated as worthy of two more Golden Eggs and one special award, the Lightning Egg, in various categories. Bond was crowned the best design agency for the second year in a row.
The show is hosted by Keith Ausner.
15.00–16.00 “Growth ground”. The topics of the Äripää theme website Põllumejudans.ee’s radio show are area allowances and how PRIA checks compliance with the rules using remote monitoring. We will also find out what is the status of the creation of the national e-field book.
In the second half of the show, however, we will focus on specially marked diesel fuel – what has changed for both the farmer and the seller after the implementation of the new sales system, and what benefits the country has already received from the new solution.
