A seven-day morning exercise challenge! | LifePress store

Maybe the fact that you get up early to exercise sounds scary, we challenge you to accept this seven-day morning exercise plan and see how much it can be useful, both for the body and the spirit.

Although most of us struggle every morning for five minutes more sleep, the fact is that it means nothing to us and will not change anything significantly. We challenge you to get up a little earlier in the next seven days to exercise because exercise is the best way to recharge your batteries right in the morning. Morning exercise helps the body burn fat more efficiently throughout the day as you perform daily tasks.

This seven-day challenge consists of two sets of exercises that do not require any load and are designed to improve your metabolism, give you energy for the whole day and, most importantly, improve you every start of the day.

All you need from the equipment is a pad and a timer. Download the exercise tab app on your phone where you can set exactly how many exercises you do, how long the exercises last and how long the rest lasts.

We bring you a list of exercises and recordings that show you how to perform them properly. From the offer, choose five exercises that you will do every morning for seven days. Do each exercise for one minute without a break in between, and if you do several sets, take a one-minute break between sets.

If you are at the beginner level for a start we do one series, if you are intermediate level two, and the more advanced ones can do three series of exercises.

Exercises offered are: push-ups, superman back exercises, triceps push-ups, bridge, crunches, stride, plyometric squats.
