In the Rivne region, in the lyceum of the village of Tishitsa, until recently, the toilet for students was on the street. However, the local authorities took care of the construction of an internal toilet in the educational institution, the grand opening of which took place with the cutting of the red ribbon.
This became known from the publication on the Facebook page of the Lyceum.
However, after the Internet began to ridicule this event, the publication on the page of the educational institution was removed. Now about this “glorious event” there are only reminders in the media and screenshots.
“The long-awaited event took place within the walls of the Tishitsky Lyceum. An internal toilet was opened here. More than 470 people of the lyceum participating in the educational process are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined this important cause, “- was written in the message of the post, in which special gratitude was given to local officials.
Meanwhile, Marina Pashkovskaya, deputy director of the regional department of education and science, told the local newspaper that the grand opening of toilets with cutting ribbons was too much. However, according to her, this is “the last general educational institution in the Bereznovsk community, where there was still no internal toilet.”
According to her, significant funds were spent on the completion of this toilet: almost UAH 1.5 million from the state budget and about UAH 2.5 million from the budget of the Bereznovskaya OTG. And this toilet has been built since 2019.
She also added that there are still no internal toilets in separate premises of 86 schools in the Rivne region.
