A prototype from a 3D printer exactly as you imagined

Stratasys, represented by the company mcae Systems, expanded and upgraded the J8 Series professional 3D printer product line with PolyJet technology. Users can now achieve better results in less time, from idea to quick product creation. Introducing the J850 Pro, J850 Prime and J826 Prime.

Stávající 3D tiskárna Stratasys J850, přejmenovaná na J850 Prime, allows you to print full – color models, including texture mapping and color transitions. This allows you to create prototypes that look like real products and show exactly the intent of the overall design, whether it’s color, material or finish.
Stratasys J826 3D printer, now renamed J826 Prime, enables accurate and fast 3D printing, which makes it a universal solution, for example, for design studios.

New 3D printer Stratasys J850 Pro

J850 Pro-2109

Fresh new in the J8 Series product line, J850 Pro, offers functions tailored to specific technical requirements, without colors, at an affordable price. Through an efficient workflow, it allows technicians to produce multi-material prototypes for concept and design validation as well as for functional testing. Due to its versatility in structural engineering applications, with the possibility of more materials and high performance, the J850 Pro is the ideal technical solution for design validation, thus simplifying and accelerating product development.
With its capacity of up to seven materials at once, fast printing and extremely high accuracy, the J850 Pro helps technical engineers work faster and more productively. It includes rigid, flexible and composite digital materials that enable a wide range of applications. Draft models can be printed at twice the speed using Super High Speed mode and for about half the price using DraftGrey material. VeroUltraClear can provide high transparency and fine detailed models that simulate glass. The J850 is thus suitable for 3D printing of models from automotive parts and consumer electronics through commercial products to medical devices.
The J850 Pro complements the existing J850 Prime model for designers and constructors who also need full-color printing and is software upgradeable to the Prime version.

New material also for FDM ABS-CF10 with carbon fibers

The new ABS-CF10 material for Stratasys 3D printers from the F123 series, namely F170, F270 and F370, is a standard ABS material with a 10% carbon fiber content. As a result, it is 15% stiffer and 50% stronger than conventional ABS. It is ideal for printing production tools, jigs or robot end effectors, where it ensures high rigidity with low weight.

Material ABS-CF10-2109

Printed parts made of ABS-CF10 material have, in addition to excellent rigidity, also high accuracy (up to 0.2 mm) and the production of more complex shapes is facilitated by the use of soluble supports. This carbon fiber material is strong and rigid, but light at the same time. It is thus extremely suitable for functional parts that can be implemented in demanding conditions for normal use. 3D printing of parts made of ABS-CF10 material will significantly reduce the time that would be required for their machining.
The ABS-CF10 is available for F123 series 3D printers, which allows printing 2 to 7 times faster than printers for printing composite materials from other manufacturers.
