A nine-storey building with 95 apartments is springing up in Block 58

A residential and business building on almost 21,000 square meters will be built in New Belgrade.

In New Belgrade near Sakura Park, investor Karizia doo will build a nine-story building with 95 apartments, office space and 154 underground car parks. The location where the construction of a multi-family residential building is planned, is located along the street Yuri Gagarin in Block 58.

Bureau Forma plan doo did the urban project of the future building, which was on public view until May 12, while the architectural project is signed by the architect Ivan Pavićević.

The position of the object

It is planned to build 95 apartments of various structures with penthouses of 170 square meters.

On the ground floor of the building, three shops are planned, on the first and part of the second floor there are business premises, while from the second to the withdrawn floor there will be a total of 95 housing units.

On the floor, it is distributed on average 11 apartments from one-bedroom to four-bedroom, while on the top floor are the largest apartments, penthouses of 170 square meters.

The basis of the characteristic floor

Construction

The building is free-standing, consisting of two basement floors, ground floor, nine floors and a secluded floor. The object was made as a combination of panel and skeletal system with load-bearing reinforced concrete walls and columns on which the reinforced concrete slab rests.

Emphasis on materials and colors

As stated in the plan, the building is architecturally designed in the “spirit of the urban architecture of New Belgrade with an emphasis on the materials and colors used.”

The facade of the first floor is a combination of a ventilated facade and structural wall curtains. The floors from the second to the withdrawn floor are lined with a ventilated facade. They are finishing composite panels glued to the substructure with a ventilating layer between the plates and the thermals. The exterior facade hardware is made of plasticized aluminum in matt anthracite color.
