A free programming course is starting in Serbia – Registration is ongoing

The largest regional educational system for the education of IT experts has finally arrived in Serbia. SoftUni (www.softuni.rs) starts with the first free programming course in our country. Course Introduction to Java programming provides participants with basic programming skills in Java and other programming languages, necessary for all technology majors at SoftUni.

Registration for the course lasts until September 8, 2022. and the free training starts on September 10, 2022. The classes will take place entirely online and anyone can apply. The lecturer on the course is Dušan Šijačić, a long-time theoretician and practitioner in the field of the Java programming language. The course involves mastering basic coding skills, working with the development environment (IDE), using variables and data, operators and expressions, working with the console (reading input and printing results), using conditional constructions (if, if-else) and loops (for, while, do-while).

The Introduction to Java Programming course lasts two months and is an excellent opportunity for everyone to acquire basic knowledge of programming for free and check if this career is for them. Participants who successfully complete the course and pass the exam (the exam is paid for, but not mandatory for participants) can continue to improve on more advanced SoftUni courses.
