Two children in a family of six were poisoned to death by an unknown substance in the village of Bessergenevskaya, Rostov Region. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

“On November 21, law enforcement agencies received a message from the paramedic of the feldsher-obstetric station in the village of Bessergenevskaya that the body of a 7-year-old girl was found at the place of residence in the village of Bessergenevskaya. Her 8-year-old sister was taken to a medical facility, where she died, ”the report says.

The rest of the family members – two adults and two minors – are in the intensive care unit of the hospital with signs of poisoning with an unidentified substance.

A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence to two or more persons”).
