80 covid patients are treated in DRH: the youngest is not even a year old, the most adult

In the period from 23 to 27 December, 80 patients infected with coronavirus are being treated at the Daugavpils regional hospital, of which 8 are in serious condition.

Hospitalized in DRB on holidays 29 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19, and were discharged 12 people.

From 23 to 27 December it was recorded 6 deaths among covid patients aged from 65th to 93 years old.

Out of 80 covid patients undergoing treatment at the hospital 43 patients – residents of Daugavpils.

In DRB, very different age groups of patients are being treated for coronavirus: the smallest one not even a year yet, and the most adult – 95 years old.

Distribution of patients by age groups:
0 – 30 years old – 6 patients;
30 – 40 years old – 2 patients;
40 – 50 years old – 2 patients;
50 – 60 years old – 16 patients;
60 – 70 years old – 17 patients;
70 – 80 years old – 19 patients;
80 – 90 years old – 14 patients;
90+ years – 4 patients.
