REGULATION ON MAKING CHANGES
ARTICLE 1 – The following provisional article has been added to the Regulation on Additional Payments to Personnel Working in Health Facilities Affiliated to the Ministry of Health published in the Official Gazette dated 4/3/2020 and numbered 31058.
“PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 4 – (1) Additional payments can be made to the personnel for four months, effective from 1/4/2021, provided that the scope and rate in terms of location and / or personnel is determined by the Minister. The total amount of payment to be made in this way cannot exceed the maximum additional payment amount during the working hours.
ARTICLE 2 – This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3 – The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Health. “
