Staff Reporter: Shares of the declared bonus dividends of the four companies ’completed accounting years have been sent to investors as Beneficiary Owners (BOs).
The four companies are: Stylecraft, Indo-Bangla Pharma, VFS Thread Dyeing and Baraka Power.

According to the data, the bonus shares of the four companies were sent to the investors on Thursday (January 14) as Beneficiary Owners (BOs).
Earlier, after reviewing the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2020, the board of directors of Baraka Power, 6 per cent, Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals 2 per cent, Stylecraft 10 per cent and VFS Thread Dyeing announced a bonus dividend of 3 per cent for investors.
Note that this bonus dividend has been approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the companies with the consent of the investors.
