He added that the TKDD synergy with the Ministry of Institution’s spending will be increased to improve the quality of human resources, especially in the education and health sectors.

“We are redesigning the management of TKDD, especially for general transfer funds and special transfer funds to become more performance-based budgeting so that there should be no budget on the one hand. On the one hand, idle funds are not used,” he added.
Finally, the Minister of Finance explained that the TKDD policy direction to improve the performance of transfers to regions and village funds would be carried out by reforming the APBD through the implementation of Regional Unit Price Standards and Standard Account Charts, so that each region can be compared apple to apple or the same so that there is no imbalance. between regions which differ greatly in terms of price standards and financial reports.
