jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria said face-to-face learning or 100 percent PTM in the capital has not been stopped even though two schools have been suspended because students have been exposed to Covid-19.

Riza said that currently only two schools have stopped PTM 100 percent, namely SMA Negeri 71 and SMK Malacca.

“You have to look at the case, there are thousands of schools in Jakarta. During the period of one or two schools (there was Covid-19), thousands of schools continued to close,” said Ariza at DKI City Hall, Tuesday (11/1) night.

The DKI Provincial Government (Pemprov) is also still following the Joint Decree (SKB) of 4 Ministers regarding the rules for terminating PTM.

If there are students, educators, or employees who are exposed to Covid-19, the school will be closed for five days.

“If it’s more than five percent, it (closes) 14 days. We have followed the rules,” he explained.

Riza stated that the DKI Provincial Government can only implement distance learning or PJJ alias online if DKI is in PPKM Level 3 status.

It is known, one of the students of SMA Negeri 71 tested positive for Covid-19.

Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria stated that the PTM could not be stopped at 100 percent even though there were 2 positive Covid-19 students in two schools.
