Taking into account the area of 22,500 m2 of the future facility, the need for a large amount of available equipment, deadline for completion of construction of 135 days as well as the fact that it is necessary to provide advanced systems that enable faster work, the company PERI has imposed itself as a logical choice when choosing a partner.

Peri formwork systems

For safe and economical execution of works during the construction of the multi-storey building, detailed plans have been made and the necessary material has been provided in one place. This enables optimal mutual harmonization of the formwork and scaffolding system. A special challenge in the realization of this building was the concreting of the cantilever slab on the seventh floor. For the realization of this demanding element of construction, at a height of 30 m, a special static calculation was made, since PERI UP Flex sistem type certified for a height of 22 m. Using this system, the construction of the cantilever slab was completed in 35 days, including the assembly, concreting and dismantling of the load-bearing scaffolding.

When it comes to short construction deadlines SKYDECK is an unavoidable formwork system whose use significantly speeds up and facilitates the process of building mezzanine structures. It was used to make the walls TRIO ramovska oplata, while it was used for the payment of the pillars TRS stubna oplata as a supplement to the TRIO system. As a reliable protection on the free edges of the board, prefabricated ones were used PROKIT lattice fences, which can be combined with various PERI formwork systems.
