“The committee is targeting the number of participants in each location, as many as 122 donors according to the age of the Pawnshop this year. In addition to blood donation activities, Pegadaian’s anniversary celebration was also marked by river cleaning, distribution of basic necessities, compensation for orphans and several other social activities,” he added.
Basuki said, in accordance with the theme of the anniversary of “United Growing Together”, Pegadaian spread the spirit of corporate collaboration with the community so that they continue to grow together. This is in line with the BRI-Pegadaian-PNM ultra-micro holding program to continue to grow and develop ultra-micro and MSME businesses and increase their competitiveness.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the DPD PT Pegadaian Workers’ Union at the head office, Rizkillah Suryo Wibowo said, all Pegadaian personnel really support activities in the context of Pegadaian’s anniversary celebrations.

Apart from continuing to contribute through excellent performance and service to the community, all Pegadaian employees also actively participate in social activities held, both at the initiative of the company and by the union,” he said.
