Ford has just unveiled the next electric model in the Ford Tourneo family with the electric E-Tourneo Courier, which will be available in Europe in 2024. The E-Tourneo Courier has a 100 kW / 136 hp electric motor that gives you an uncompromising driving experience, while advanced driver assistance systems make your daily driving even more enjoyable.
It is both possible to charge the car via an 11 kW AC charger at home, where a charge from 0-100 percent will take up to 5.7 hours. It is of course also possible to charge the car with DC fast chargers with up to 100 kW. Here, for example, you can reach a range of 87 km in just 10 minutes or charge from 10-80% in less than 35 minutes.
Designed for adventure
The practical E-Tourneo Courier has been designed with a view to creating a spacious and robust car that is still easy to drive – without appearing clumsy. The car comes in a clean design with futuristic elements that are reflected, among other things, in the “coast-to-coast” light beam, which helps to define the characteristic new Ford BEV front grill.
– We designed the E-Tourneo Courier with a ‘no-nonsense’ attitude. Regardless of whether the car is to be used for family adventures and filled with luggage or whether the seats need to be folded down to accommodate various purchases from a hardware store, the car meets your needs.

The electric E-Tourneo Courier has room for five adults and more than 44 percent more trunk space than the discontinued Tourneo Courier. The passengers in the back seat will be able to benefit, among other things, from the improved shoulder space and cabin height. The car’s practical features include storage options in the form of a configurable center console in the cabin and the possibility of storage in the car’s trunk, which holds up to 44 litres.
The car has a digital instrument panel and a 12″ touchscreen with Ford’s SYNC 4 system. The infotainment system is wirelessly compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Automatic OTA (over the air) updates help keep your car up-to-date without you having to visit a dealer every time.
The E-Tourneo Courier will be available in a selection of stylish variants – including the characteristic Active series with, among other things, a roof in a contrasting color to the rest of the car, roof rails and wheel arches in a robust design.
The E-Tourneo Courier will be produced in Craiova, Romania, expected from the second half of 2024. Here it will be produced together with the Ford Puma, which will be available in an electric variant from next year.
